Converting to carburetion on a Type 4?

I will be eventually converting to carburetion on my 2.0L and I was wondering what kind of setup any of you guy's could recommend......

I have talked to alot of different people on carb setups. The one thing everyone agrees on the type 4's is to NOT run a single central mounted carb. They don't feed all the cyls even due to the long runs of the intake. Fuel atomization problems, condensation etc.  Delardo's are expensive.  Solex's do the job good. J.C. Whitney has the whole setup for under 500 I guess. I am going to try this. I am not out for performance, just reliability and economy.

OR - use the Webber Progressive on the 2.0l  It is a b!tch to set-up and not an "out of the box" solution, but the results are better power, better fuel economy and no top end bogging out like the injection is prone to.
